🖍️ Requirements
- 1**-3 years of experience working in cross-functional product teams**. E-commerce experience and working on Android/iOS platforms are highly preferred.
- Articulate your thoughts clearly, assertively, and respectfully. As a designer, you’d be working in a cross-functional team with other designers, engineers, and generalists
- Articulation will also require you to identify assumptions and unknowns when you approach a problem. Be methodic and humble about what you don’t know.
- Be able to evaluate, receive, and provide feedback constructively.
- Be able to park and resurface ideas prudently, and iterate quickly.
- Reasonable proficiency in design tooling, and an understanding of how to organize various kinds of design resources for the rest of the team to consume. We use Figma for our needs.
- Be rigorous about documentation. This will be a team effort, so you won’t be the only one ensuring that information for the whole team stays relevant.
- Know when to be attentive to detail and when to take a bird’s eye view of a problem, and do it well when it is known. We understand that getting better at this skill will be an ongoing process, so having a growth mindset will help you excel at this role.
