Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and document their needs and expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the product, design and customer teams to enhance mobile app functionalities based on customer feedback.
